Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Specificallycitizens Walk-In Tubs wants specificallycitizens.living to work well for everyone. That includes older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shares how we approach it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Steps We Take
We try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible reading order
- Give meaningful images a text description
- Use readable text sizes and strong color contrast
- Make every page work with a keyboard
- Build pages that read well on phones, tablets, and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these guidelines yet. Embedded tools and other third-party content may be partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix issues as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on this site is hard to use, you still have options. Request a callback to speak with a provider. Or email contact@specificallycitizens.living and we will do our part to help. A family member or caregiver can also reach out for you.
Tell Us What Is Wrong
If a page is hard to use, let us know. Email contact@specificallycitizens.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature caused trouble
- What went wrong and what you expected
- Your browser, device, and any assistive software, if you can share it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Keeps Going
Accessibility is never done. As we update the site, we will keep making it better.
