How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Specificallycitizens Walk-In Tubs wants to treat everyone who reaches out fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what we do next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Specificallycitizens Walk-In Tubs
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with acted
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. But Specificallycitizens Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work, or act for a provider.
Send Us Your Complaint
Email contact@specificallycitizens.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also try your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may also help.
